Where are you based?

We are located in the architecturally beautiful Clifton Arcade in Clifton Village, Bristol. Our store is on the Upper Gallery Level of the Victorian Arcade next to Curbside Ethos.

Is the site secure?

By building our site through Shopify we benefit from their tried and tested encryption software. Check your address bar and you should see the lock symbol that confirms a secure connection. Payments are taken through Shopify Payments or Paypal giving you peace of mind and a familiar checkout experience. 

Can I collect my order from the Clifton Arcade shop?

If you're local to the Clifton area, you can choose free 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Normally collection will be encouraged to fall within store opening hours (please see our Instagram page for up-to-date times). Although alternative times can be arranged on an individual basis.

How quickly are orders despatched?

The aim is despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. This usually means same or next day confirmation of postage. From then we are reliant on Royal Mail estimates; 3-4 working days for 2nd Class or 1-2 working days for 1st Class. Should there be any delay in orders being posted you'll be alerted quickly and given option to cancel.
